I met Attorney Spain through another professional and thorough attorney. Attorney Spain provided quality service for my needs. She worked with me with the already hectic schedule that I had. Attorney Spain was very knowledgeable about the subject matter. Attorney Spain treated me with respect. Critical: Quality, ValueAttorney Spain worked on my case for about a year, in which we only had about 3 court dates (my case was minimal for joint custody). Her contract states that her fees are non refundable, however she provided 10 hours of work (according to my invoice i requested). I spent $2000 for the attorney to provide 10 hours of work and for her to repeatedly take the side of the opposing party (as if she was not my attorney). Attorney Spain worked on my case for about a year, in which we only had about 3 court dates (my case was minimal for joint custody). Her contract states that her fees are non refundable, however she provided 10 hours of work (according to my invoice i requested). Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueStaff and attorney not synced. Assistant provides wrong information then when you let them know your displease they don’t want to work with you anymore. Does not take criticism well. Spain would rather lose a client than discuss any issues and find a solution. Would not recommend if you truly value your children’s needs.
