Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueTerrible experience with these people. Customer service is horrible/ non existent. Took over 4 months just to get my plate and registration including an entire month and a week Lois allowed my paperwork to just sit on a desk and did nothing at all. She lied about when she submitted it that I verified with the DMV.Then tried blaming anybody everybody else instead of simply accepting responsibility and trying to make it better. In fact I asked her straight out if she’d do everything she could to get my paperwork done in s timely manner and she went silent on me. DEAD SILENT! And after all that when my paperwork came in she threw it on the counter and walked away. Never once even apologized. NO EXCUSE! STAYCLEAR! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!Terrible experience with these people. Went there to transfer a title after the owner told me the paperwork I had from them renewing/reinstating my license would be good enough then I get there a couple days later and the guy know exactly who I am then gets an attitude and tells me he don’t care what he said that I have to go get my picture card even tho he just literally said what I had would do and he started to be beyond rude to me my wife and the person I was buying the car from grandmother so they are lying untrustworthy people who work there plus they kicked me out because I called him a liar for all of this nonsense he caused because they don’t care about integrity they are the worst notary in Johnstown DO NOT GO THERE!!! 0 out of 5 stars if I could take that one away I so would

I made the mistake of thinking I could stop here quickly before work. Do yourself a favor and don’t. Women at the counter was more concerned with socializing than doing her job. In addition I asked if they took credit cards. She said yes so I paid with discover. What she failed to tell me is she ran my card as cash advance (against my knowledge or authorization). I was charged an extra $10 by the credit card company. I have never had this issue the 8 years I have had my credit card. I left a voicemail telling someone to call me back about this issue. Haven’t heard a thing. This place is a joke and pretty dishonest in my opinion. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Only use D&B if you have an hour to wait in line and want to be treated like a criminal at the end of your wait. How has this place gotten reviewed so highly? Abysmal customer service, I’ve never left there without feeling raked over the coals. They will look for every opportunity not to help you, the clerks seem to delight in wielding their power in saying no. They know they are one of the only notary/tag/title names in Johnstown and feel little need to keep your business.

Went this Saturday to get a title transferred and plates for a vehicle I purchased. Was there early. They say that their hours are 9-12 on Saturday. At 9:15 no one was there. Thankfully I found out about Geistown tag and title as I was in a hurry this morning. Just save yourself the time and go there and don’t bother with this place. Seemed like a shady establishment anyway. Nothing quick about this place.

If I could give no stars I would. Went in to get a car transferred into my name, they didnt give me my title or registration after the whole process was complete. Got my title in the mail almost 2weeks later. Called them and asked if they were going to mail my registration to. They told me they couldnt find me in the computer. Miraculously they found my name when I said do you want me to bring the invoice down. Then proceeded to tell me she had already given me the registration. So now I guess I have to go get one from dmv and pay a fee for no reason. Thanks for nothing. Will tell all my friends and family not to come here.
