This law firm scammed me and countless others who were apart of the opioid case. They took all of our very private/ sensitive information just so that they could use us to line their pockets with the the settlement money that was awarded to the VICTIMS!!! We all suffered and they took full advantage of our suffering! Why am I not in the least bit surprised. You all are the worst kinds of people nothing but greedy despicable people. I would not ever recommend this law firm to anyone for any reason. Clearly this is the way they do business based off the other terrible reviews they have received on non opioid case reviews. They are thieves in my opinion. AND HOW IS IT THAT THEY HAVE 4 ⭐️?? When they have soooo many unsatisfied clients??? They probably buy off google somehow so they can save face and be able scam countless more people. DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM !!!

Looking at all the reviews I can see I’m not the only one feeling ignored by this law firm. They have years of my private medical records because I’m supposed to be apart of an opioid lawsuit….for OVER 3 years now…. probably over 4 even but I truly can’t remember. I have gotten ZERO information regarding this case. But yet I jumped to make sure they had any information out of me that they would need. When you email you will get a reply saying your message has been forwarded to a case manager, then you will never hear another word. This law firm doesn’t care about people & they have made that abundantly clear by their lack of communication with their clients.

They closed my case and I’ve been trying to reach out to them and haven’t heard anything back. Now I’m stuck with the physical therapy bill. They kept telling me to continue going to therapy and I was very hesitant about it but because they kept telling me to go, I continued to do so. I have left messages and yet no response. How is this my fault? I literally told them everything about my car accident and they still chose to accept it. But they communicate with you in the beginning and then they ghost you.

Though they did win my case, they took 40% of the settlement for 550 women. A disgusting amount to take from women who suffered so much before they stepped in. For women who needed the money to pay for decades of medical bills as a result of their abuse. To do so is evil.

There are 4 stages when you hire D.Miller and Associates. I’m been in the 4th stage and have been awarded money from my Insurance as of 2/2022. Awarded from the other party as of 1/2022. I get updated when I ask, no one update you. It only takes of to 6 weeks after you get awarded, well its 6 months now and I haven’t received a dime. WHY???

They literally do not respond. They will constantly call and email you when they want you to sign with them, then you don’t hear for months. I call and email and get told someone will call me back or that they’ll transfer to some one else and then I get put in a loop. Such a waste of time and energy. They’re too busy for their own good and don’t know how to manage their cases effectively.

We were hit by a drunk driver on 11-19-2018 we had underinsured motorist coverage up to $100,000 and we lost our 2 month old vehicle and our work was dependant upon our vehicle, we lost EVERYTHING and ended up living on the streets. We just now got our settlement after 4 years. A measley $1,700. I later found out that When we hired D. Miller he was on suspension for 6 months and wasn’t even supposed to be taking on new clients. The staff was so rude, especially Marta she hung up on us. They never return phone calls. If you had an accident look elsewhere for representation.

It’s been more than a year since I hired this firm. They never give an update on my case. When I call, most of the time , they don’t answer. The waiting machine keeps me on hold with no answer. I’ve emailed them several times , no one answers. Im back injured and they don’t want me to see a doctor . Instead, they send me with a chiropractic. The chiropractic already send them a letter stating that I was supposed to see a surgeon for more therapy.

I’ve had a case going on 5 years now & still no results! They transferred my case to some kind of firm and they don’t even call and give you updates or statuses! I have to constantly call every 6 months to get some of kind progress and it’s always “NOTHING” if I ever get into any serious accident in the future I defly wouldn’t use or recommend them.
