I’ve had some really questionable representation in the past with court appointed attorneys. When I needed another one I was once again dreading the thought. Fortunately for me I was appointed one of the best in town, D. Pierce Smith! Thanks to Mr. Smith I never had to step foot in a court room and my case was dismissed!

lacks the professionalism to take calls even after multiple attempts, too “busy” (lazy) to return messages. if you’re stuck with him as your appointed attorney, plan on wasting time trying to get him to respond. if he’s not appointed to you, save yourself the hassle, look elsewhere.

Derrick assisted us with a home closing and some issues we were having with our HOA. He was very responsive and professional. He explained every step of the process and kept us informed at all times.
