I first met Karamvir Dahiya on a difficult case in which we were adversaries. He showed the utmost respect to me, and my client and he took great measure to show that respect throughout the entire process. In advocating his client’s position, he was extremely compassionate to my client’s claim. Karamvir handles bankruptcy exclusively. Although, I do bankruptcy work along with other areas of the law, there were things I learned from Karamvir, that I could be better at. The type of case where we were on opposite sides could have been explosive, but his professionalism took a lot of that out of it. He was thorough and technical. His oral presentation was excellent. Karamvir is a compassionate man in his craft and his business.

Mr Dahiya is extremely knowledgeable attorney and very passionate individual. Thinks outside the box, and never takes “No” for an answer. My whole family was dragged through multi-year ugly case, but Mr Dahiya was with us all the way, through out all these years, until we won. Thank you for all your hard work

As a bankruptcy attorney myself, I recognize Karam Dahiya as an excellent bankruptcy litigation attorney who undertakes the most difficult cases because of his compassion for his clients and his innate sense of justice.. He fights for them as if his own life were at stake, and he has a brilliant legal mind.

Had a lawsuit against me in the federal court of New York by an international organization for copyright violation, defamation etc. etc. Could not afford high fees. The court office helped us find a pro bono panel. Mr. Dahiya took our case. He was excellent. Very kind and brave heart. Not afraid of big names. He made my case very simple. He removed the case to another federal judge for mediation in eastern district court. After a few weeks, Case was resolved. Mr. Dahiya worked very hard to achieve very nice result. The judge saw this. I did not have to pay anything when the lawsuit demanded millions. I am grateful to this very kind man. Its people like him that makes the profession a noble calling.

I bought a 2 family house in New York in 2002 with all the saving of my life. I was managing to pay the mortgage with whatever rent I was getting from the house and was also managing somehow to pay Gas, ConEid, Water and other utility including yearly Tax from my little income. I moved to New Jersey in 2006. Everything was going well until I got a big-ticket from the NY City Admin in 2009 due to the negligence of the tenants. City admin ordered to vacate the house. It took almost a year to bring back everything in order. Unfortunately, I missed the mortgage payments for the time being. I tried for a loan modification. But, the bank did not agree, they took the case to the Supreme Court.
