Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueWas referred by social services, recieved one phone call with the attorney calling covid “covoid” and they did not go to the court hearing for custody. They said call when you improve your situation (was homeless with severe ptsd partially due to the abusive ex court was against) five minutes after the hearing i found a home and they would NOT return my calls. Applied for assistance again, recieved a conflict of interest rejection letter. Applied again, recieved a no contact…. they refused to look at any evidence. Would not recommend for any one whose suffered trauma and has a hard time asking for help. They will point fingers and make excuses. Was referred by social services, recieved one phone call with the attorney calling covid “covoid” and they did not go to the court hearing for custody. Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessI’m sure they’re great if they’re willing to help you. Otherwise, rude and made me feel worthless. Didn’t even have the decency to get back to me when they decided not to help. I realize they’re a free agency but common decency should exist no matter where you go.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been unemployed since September when pizza hut filed bankruptcy and closed hundreds of locations nationwide. I go to these guys for help in a landlord case where the slumbers are demanding money almost a year after they rented our apartment out from under us. I applied online for legal aid, and was called saying they needed proof from my last employer that I’m unemployed. The location does not exist anymore so there is literally nothing I can do. So of course they won’t help.I’ve been unemployed since September when pizza hut filed bankruptcy and closed hundreds of locations nationwide. They were prompt returning my call. I couldn’t use their service but also not offered any recommendations either.

They don’t accept very many cases and you have to do the application process through website only. I could never get through to anyone when I tried calling the business.

The gatekeepers here are unnecessarily and purposefully unhelpful. They are rude, demeaning, and judgemental. There should be a much larger sense of community and support than what is offered. All around a very disappointing experience asking for legal advice.

Awful service from Mural. Extremely rude and forceful with my elderly Grandmother. Completely ignored the issue and my grandmother’s request. If you choose to go here, I highly recommend avoiding her.
