I do not want to go into to detail about my story but I am writing this review to show my utter most respect and gratitude towards Mr. Damian Fracasso. I was falsely accused and because of that I went to trial. After a long journey, with Mr. Fracasso by my side we won the case. Hiring an attorney can be a roll of the dice, and I am grateful and fortunate to have had Mr. Fracasso as my attorney. Even when I felt like giving up, he was there 100% percent every step of the way. His confidence and knowledge showed in the court room and he killed the cross examination. I have never seen such passion, wit, and fierceness. Having someone sticking up for me in that manner not only meant a lot to me, but just shows how devoted Mr. Fracasso is about his clients.
