Damir has helped me out on a couple of occasions. He was very friendly, helpful, and empathetic towards my situation. His rates are more than reasonable, and for the money you spend, and i got one on one help throughout… not like some other high priced/ don’t even know your name kinda lawyer. 😉 Damir replied promptly when questions were asked. Plus he gave me friendly reminders for court dates. I would highly recommend Damir for counseling and representation. Hopefully I won’t be needing more legal representation, but if I do, Damir is the man for the job!

I found Damir through a Google search and I wasn’t sure if he could help me since we live on different islands, so I emailed him asking for a referral. I needed to take care of a REALLY old traffic matter. He responded quickly to my email and offered to help! He was very detailed with what he could do for me as well as the possible outcomes and solutions for each outcome. When my former insurance company wouldn’t send the proper documents I needed for the Court, he got on the phone with them and at the end, he got the forms for me. Had I not hired him, I don’t think I would have gotten those documents! I feel like he was always in my corner, doing whatever he could to fight for me. He even went above and beyond what I paid him for and THAT SAYS A LOT about the kind of lawyer he is. He was also always very responsive to my calls and emails. I always spoke directly with him, not an assistant or secretary. For something so negative and stressful, it was a pleasure and joy to work with Damir. I’m so thankful to have had him in my corner! I highly recommend him!

I had an amazing experience with attorney Kouliev! He is a top notch attorney in his field for a reason. He does a lot of bouncing back and forth from court room to courtroom because he does have many clients. But he doesn’t miss a beat!! I was also able to observe his performance in the courtroom on behalf of his clients that weren’t in attendance, and you ALL should feel very fortunate to have him representing you because he clearly puts up a fight for you!! A lot of his work is behind the scenes and carefully orchestrated in his own mind . So if you’re looking for an attorney that’s going to hold you by the hand and continue to give you a play-by-play preview of what’s going on everyday and every second of the day, well that’s not gonna happen . He’s not a babysitter. he’s there to do a job and that’s to get you out of trouble so don’t bother him with petty drama. If you have faith in your attorney then pay him his money and sit back and allow him to do his educated job. And may I also add.. he is incredibly easy going, easy to work with and easy on the pocket book. He will also guide you and be with you from start to finish.
