Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueMy whole family (there are 6 of us) and I have been with Attorney Gallagher and Peter J Lorme for about 15years. Although Attorney Gallagher is no longer in the office, we stayed with them since Attorney Peter J Lorme is a phenomenal human being. Unfortunately, I have decided to take my service elsewhere. Due to the lack of professionalism and impertinence of the office’s front desk lady. Christine used to be the secretary and she was wonderful, we miss her and wish her the best. However, this new front desk lady NEVER even introduces her name, neither through the phone nor through in-person. She ALWAYS hangs up before the conversation is even finished, and usually starts off answering the phone with “Daniel C Gallagher office, please hold”. She gives incomplete instructions and false information. I called the office three times during the week and asked what documents they needed from me, before I traveled from New Jersey to New York—and she sighed at me through the phone and stated what to bring. Once I was in the office to drop off the documents, she immediately said “you need the passport photos”, I reminded her that I called three times to confirm the documents to bring and she only said “well you can just mail them then”. There was no apology or even empathy in her tone. By the way, she was video calling someone while working, she had her airpods on and was talking to them quietly…whenever Attorney Peter J Lorme walked out of his office to make copies of paperwork, she would place her phone face-side down to hide her screen. I will be coming to the office on Tuesday to say my goodbyes to this office and make sure that both the Attorney Lormes are aware of this lady’s poor demeanor and horrible personality.My whole family (there are 6 of us) and I have been with Attorney Gallagher and Peter J Lorme for about 15years. Critical: ProfessionalismVery rude customer service. Peter and Daniel are phenomenal but the lady who picks up the phone is beyond rude and unprofessional. I called on 09.02.2020 around 1:55 pm to check on my ongoing case and asked why it was taking that long she bluntly told me ma’am «do you know there was a pandemic in the US» duh!!! Who is not aware of that?Very rude and sarcastic there was no need for that. I was just a client who desperately needed answers.Very rude customer service. Who is not aware of that?
