Unprofessional, for somebody who’s been doing this for “30 years” david has absolutely no sense of urgency if you make the same mistake of paying him upfront do not expect him to even call you back. He uses his “experience” to lure clients into deals that only profit the county plus while he gives you then run around and reasons for not contacting you he will be completely vague on outcomes.
