The City of Poughkeepsie hired this man David Posner to handle my claim against the city for damaging my vehicle. He reached out to me after having my contact info for almost a week. When I asked him to give me an idea of how long the process would take, he started to speak over me in an authoritative tone. His voice became irritable sounding and he started raising his voice. It was almost as if he was irritated with me because I wanted to have an idea of how long the process would take. He was very unprofessional. This was our first conversation. I wrote this review in hopes that the behavior will change. IF it does I will remove this review. This attitude he had is an all-too-familiar attitude in the City of Poughkeepsie. It needs to change.
