Awful. We hired them to file our immigration application. Application was poorly prepared, inaccurate documents, incomplete forms, they sat on the application prior to submission for so long that the medicals expired during the process delaying the application significantly, plus we had RFEs due to their oversights. We phoned the firm to speak to them and were informed “they don’t appreciate being called directly with inquiries”. Numerous hidden fees and poorly handled from start to no finish. I would not under any circumstances recommend this firm.
