Poor communication, have to call 5-6 times before being able to get someone on the phone, one person will give you one piece of information and then a week later someone else will give you something totally different. They charge you an absurd amount to give you a less than the bare minimum level of service.

I hired them to do some changes on a birth certificate 2 years ago (I paid 1k) they never updated me with how everything was going.. I found out they didn’t start on my case until a year later from when I requested. Vital records had been waiting on a response from them and they never called me.
