I recently consulted with Matthew Cunanan and Drew Davis regarding both an inheritance and an elderly parent with debt problems. As part of a free consultation, they gave me helpful advice about a number of potential scenarios and also did some preliminary research to answer one of my questions. In addition, they were very up-front about their rates, unlike other attorneys I’d spoken with who wouldn’t even give me an estimate without paying for a consultation. Abysmal.. Unable to understand basic legal codes in front of him. and Recommends completely inferior options. Do not trust this lawyer to have any level of competency in interpreting the law. It’s embarrassing. While refusing to read unfamiliar criminal code, this group’s lawyer Matthew persisted in recommending civil action as the way to go.
