She kept me out of the loop MOST of the time. Not well at returning phone calls nor kept up with my case, she did not know why I was serving a 24 month pre trial yet, she was the one who advise me to take that offer. After 19 months, I called if it can be dismissed she was like ” why are you doing a 24 month and not a 12 month pre trial?” That really upset me bc she did not know what was happening. Thanks to a great advisor in the Seguin adult P.O. , he submitted my paperwork at 12 months then again at 19 months bc he knew I did all that was assigned and had no reason to keep me on this rediculous charge. I felt Kim could have done something for me yet didn’t do crap. Save your money find a lawyer who listens and keeps you informed!!!!!!!!!
