I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for Shandy and her wonderful staff. Shandy is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has a very calm temperament. She has educated me on my rights, that no other attorney has brought to my attention, and she makes it a point to keep up with changing laws. ETHICAL, FAIR, SAVVY. Hire them, have patience, give them room to do their jobs and watch how well they perform. I’ve dealt with many different lawyers in business and rarely see this level of execution. Your attorney needs to be in good standing, respected by their peers, and the court. I’ve used Shandy and her team twice. I know there are good law teams available but it’s hard to believe they can be better than hers. ETHICAL, FAIR, SAVVY. She kept the lines of communication open and was there to answer my questions and address my concerns. Her team at DSG Law Office was also very pleasant to work with and was always willing to help. I highly recommend Shandy and her law firm to anyone that wants someone that will fight for them.

Critical: QualityI hired Shandy for a divorce/custody battle. I have done this process twice before!! She was the most expensive and this was the first one I settled amicably. Mrs. Shandy did not have to step foot into a court room. She took all of my retainer and never went to court. She never met me in person and when I pay someone to defend me in court-I would like to have a facetime call even (due to the pandemic) but we were NOT in LOCKDOWN!! This was in September 2020. I do not know what Mrs. Shandy looks like. We have never met and I definitely regret not doing my research first. When you are giving all of your hard earned dollars to someone -Mrs. Shandy- This is for you ( I’m putting all of my faith in you! Call your clients facetime so that they can read your facial expressions.) I never felt comfortable because Mrs. Shandy, you would not even look me in my eyes. How am I supposed to have confidence when we never met and I never was heard a plan. I I believe I was misled and once she decided to no longer represent me and she made a receipt for all of my money, she refused to answer any of my questions about possibly moving forward.
