Excellent and prompt service from Dean Legal Group. If you need a spot on real estate attorney don’t hesitate to use them. I was having boundary line issue with a neighbor. On my initial call, the front office answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable on solutions that may help. I was set up with a consultation with Mr. Dean, and wow did he know his stuff. Very few knew what to do but when I spoke with Mr. Dean he was able to make game plan with me. Not only did it work , but I also was able to recover loss rents. I needed expert advice; details about the law/s, time constraints, what was possible to achieve vs what he’s seen happen, vs what may or may not be likely, if I decided to pursue what they did in court. Nothing feels as good as knowing the reality of a situation so you can make an informed decision. He listened to every word. He even called and arranged the time/date for the key drop off through their attorney’s office so I wouldn’t have to have contact with the property manager. I had taken these people to mediation at the end of summer regarding a habituability and safety issue where I was awarded 3 months waived rent. This time what they did was so bad, cutting my losses and getting out was my best option. Watch out who you rent from!! And if you do get into a bind, CALL AARON!!! Worth every penny! Worth more!! I needed expert advice; details about the law/s, time constraints, what was possible to achieve vs what he’s seen happen, vs what may or may not be likely, if I decided to pursue what they did in court.
