We’ve been working with Eddie to close on our house. This while process has been frustrating. He’s been difficult to get a hold of which has caused us delays in early occupancy as well and finally closing. We’ve been cleared to close for several days now and our loan officer has been frustrated trying to get ahold of anyone to schedule the closing appointment. When he it hasn’t been helpful in closing and they respond that they’re waiting to confirm a time with us when they havent reached out at all. Whenever I called it rarely got answered and emails were replyed to several days after I sent them. Overall this has been a very frustrating for us, our realtors and our loan team.
