It’s true that Richard is very direct and to the point. But in my opinion that’s what makes him a great attorney. If you want someone who is going to sit there and let you just talk and talk about things that you think are relevant to your case but aren’t, then you my get your feelings hurt because he will stop you and redirect you to get the information he needs to provide you the service you need. He is extremely qualified and competent. He is great about explaining every step in the case and what to expect next. He called me whenever there is an update to my case and was very happy to answer any question we had. I was very confident with Richard in our corner. My wife and I felt informed and secure knowing Richard was there for us. Check your emotions at the door, this is business and he knows his business. That’s my opinion.

I just read a woman’s review that said she wishes there were negative reviews bc this attorney doesn’t even deserve one star. I concur completely!!!! This man is very curt and rude. He cut me off over and over as I tried to explain my situation. His only concern was how I was going to pay. Only when I told him not to worry about that, and that I have the ability to pay, did he ask me to come in. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney.
