20 year veteran of the entity world. Used DES for a few years and they were very good in the beginning. In the fall of 2013 they started having problems – filings were late, missed, invoices were wrong, asked for the same info multiple times. I ended up switching away. The legacy entities still with DES became a big problem – dozens never got annual fee notices and were late or dissolved. Created a world of problems. New management shrugged their shoulders and acted like its just the way it goes. Not recommended.
