Very rude staff. The main receptionist accused us of “not paying our bills” because we owed 200$ in a account which we agreed on making payments on. When approached about her extremely rude comments, she said she did nothing wrong. We said we would pay the rest of the amount that following Monday as soon as we got in to talk to Derek, so that Monday as we were speaking to the lawyer, she walks in the office and says “here’s your bill since you don’t check your mail”.. unnecessary sly remarks. I proceeded to say that it was rude of her to barge in and Be rude and Derek kicked us out of his office and returned us our money. If that’s how you treat your customers, then heads up to the next guy.
