Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy wife was dropped only after we used their doctor to make multiple appointments on the exact same day. They said, after having the case for over a month, that the other driver wasn’t insured so that they were dropping the case. I don’t believe this at all. If the driver wasn’t insured, then why allow us to go as far as going to doctor’s appointments, racking up bills, just to drop us the same day we start using it? Sound super fishy to me.*Edit: I was asked to edit my google review quite some time ago, but I wanted to see how things played out. My wife and I got another injury attorney who was willing to work for us, and was able to fight with my insurance company and got us paid out on “uninsured motorist” part of my policy. My one star review still stands. If I could rate it a 0 I would. It took almost a year to receive anything from this accident, but it took just a tiny bit more work than this team of ambulance chasers was willing to put in. They only take slam dunk cases so that they can fuel their billion dollar advertising budget. They don’t care about you, your accident, your injuries, or actual justice. My wife was dropped only after we used their doctor to make multiple appointments on the exact same day. They said, after having the case for over a month, that the other driver wasn’t insured so that they were dropping the case. I don’t believe this at all. When my wreck first happened I was referred to them and without a doubt in my mind I was happy that they took the case. When my wreck first happened I was referred to them and without a doubt in my mind I was happy that they took the case. I recently worked with DeVaughn James due to a car collision. I worked with Luke Williams and Nora from the West branch. I am very happy with the results from my case. I was well informed throughout the process. It was a long journey for me through this. But they came through for me when I needed it the most. I think I can easily say that they exceeded my expectations. It did take awhile to finish my case. But it was worth it. I never want to go through this again.
