Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueIf I could give a negative number of stars I would. Diane Griffith was biased, callous, and incredibly unprofessional. As a GAL, she was rude and dismissive to the children. They had been told a GAL always there for them but she was condescending to them and said hurtful things. She wildly overcharged. She never returned emails or calls and lived remotely in Texas while claiming to be a GAL for children in NH that she had no contact with for almost a year. It was as if she was acting as an attorney for the other party when she was supposed to be representing the children.I never saw anything that suggested she had a caring or compassionate bone in her body towards young people. She immediately took sides without knowing any details and that’s what lawyers do but not GAL’s. Two other people who had contact with her as a GAL said she should be reported to the state licensing board. As a GAL she’s completely in the wrong line of work. In her final report she wrote personal slandering insults like a middle school child. At times it even seemed like she was being bought off as she was only motivated for financial gain and the other party had more money. I am not bitter because I lost my side of the case, in fact we got exactly what we were fighting for, but I am still appalled to this day by her lack of professionalism.If I could give a negative number of stars I would. If I could give a negative number of stars I would. Diane Griffith was biased, callous, and incredibly unprofessional. As a GAL, she was rude and dismissive to the children. They had been told a GAL always there for them but she was condescending to them and said hurtful things. She wildly overcharged. Under no circumstances should you hire this woman to protect the safety and rights of your children in this person. She will use her personal bias to put children in dangerous situations. She does not respond to calls or emails. She does not do the investigations she is supposed to, and reports her findings based upon opinion not fact. Had I not fought beyond belief for the rights of my children they would have been placed in horrifyingly dangerous positions MULTIPLE TIMES due to her blatant disregard for their best interest. Please do not hire this woman! You will absolutely regret it, and I would not want to see anyone’s children hurt- or worse- due to this women’s neglect. She is just here for a paycheck. She will use her personal bias to put children in dangerous situations. She does not respond to calls or emails.
