After my consultation with Worsham, I was told to call back next week when her paralegal was in to pay the retainer. In total, I was jerked around for another 6 months with advice to wait for this reason or another. My last attempt to call and pay was when I called once again to be told once again by Diane herself that she had never heard of me and that she is not taking any cases right now.
