April Moore was fantastic to work with! I’ve never had a more understanding Attorney! She was to the point, effective, considerate, and LISTENED! She was so responsive. Never had to wonder what was happening with my case! I knew everything she was going to do before it was completed because communication was so great. I can’t recommend April enough!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueApril Moore was a terrible attorney to deal with. She doesn’t respond in a timely fashion to phone calls or texts even when they’re urgent. She refused to file for discovery after many requests made to do so. She didn’t communicate and wouldn’t answer questions or give guidance. I had to file things on my own to “keep costs down” even though I was informed finances weren’t an issue. She’s completely unempathetic to the situation in which you are dealing with and can’t seem to recognize ongoing emotional or mental abuse. She will belittle, degrade and insult you as if you deserve the abuse. This is a woman who has no business representing the Ohio Domestic Violence Network. Her best interests are not for that of your children or you. She refused to file contempt of court on multiple occasions despite being asked and given substantial evidence of such. My case is still ongoing after two years to which she was of no help despite my children being put in immediate danger and her taking no action whatsoever. April Moore was a terrible attorney to deal with. She doesn’t respond in a timely fashion to phone calls or texts even when they’re urgent. She refused to file for discovery after many requests made to do so. She didn’t communicate and wouldn’t answer questions or give guidance. I could call/text her no matter the time and she would respond with a detailed answer quickly. For example, a situation happened on a Sunday afternoon, I called her directly after it happened and she quickly wrote up an email explaining everything to all parties involved. After dealing with a very strange and ugly situation with the CASA program, April came in and sorted the mess out instantly. She was very unbiased and gave a very well rounded report.
