I would go the extra mile and pay to see the attorney. The free first meeting is with a paralegal, which is only there to fill out the papers based on the lawyer’s interpretation. Even after that seek a second or third opinion. They insisted that you couldn’t show self-support. That was probably true pre-DACA.

During the course of the past year, incomplete documentation was submitted 3 times which caused immigration to send the documents back due to missing information and/or translations. It was a very frustrating experience as the process is lengthy as is only for them to delay it even longer by not submitting the required documents. My wife hired attorney Diez because he had a very good reputation with immigration cases. During the course of the past year, incomplete documentation was submitted 3 times which caused immigration to send the documents back due to missing information and/or translations.
