Dinsmore added our office in Covington in 2014. The attorneys in the office practice in the area of public finance, including tax exempt bond financing, traditional government finance, municipal leasing, school and education facility bonds, housing bonds, and revenue bonds. Our attorneys have also proven themselves as leaders in the region by assisting with the drafting and enactment of public finance legislation, including the drafting of the Short Term Borrowing Act, the Government Leasing Act, legislation creating the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission and other acts dealing with Tax Increment Financing.
