Critical: ProfessionalismAt first, they were great. They worked very quickly to get me set up and money sent over to my attorney so I could get started immediately. Then it took a horrible turn. My attorney had some issues with getting my case handle amongst his staff and decided that he would give me a full refund because of those issues. The attorney provided Discount Legal with their full refund on June 17th, 2021. It is now August 3, 2021 and I have yet to receive my refund from them. I have called and emailed daily. The individual I was working with basically told me that it is out of her hands. She has sent every email and provided multiple notes to the owner directly and still nothing. When I call the finance department, I get “They are in a meeting” or, “they are unavailable”. I am beyond frustrated. They have continuously lied to me. I was told the check cleared 3 weeks ago on a Friday. That Monday after the check was to be signed and sent out over night to me. Here we are… still no refund. I get promises for a call back with nothing. If they are going to be crooks about this and keep the money the attorney paid back to hem without retuning my money, they should just be honest and tell me that. Stop with the lies and run around.
