I have had the same experience dealing with Brenda as the previous person did – I am getting absolutely no where with her! I initially reached out to the DRC in early February as I expected it would take a little bit of time to go through the process.. However at this point it’s been TWO MONTHS and a mediation still isn’t scheduled! They were able to schedule my initial solo appointment quickly (took about 2 weeks to get in).. And they were certainly quick to ask for their “administrative fee” which was paid Feb 20th.. Since then it’s been phone tag with Brenda. We’re now in late April! I’ve already left a voicemail for Executive Director, Donna.. Let’s see how long until she responds to my outreach. I’m not holding my breath.

COMPLETELY TERRIBLE. My 3 yr old was playing with a used condom that was left behind in the LEGO bin.

Anything good I ever said about DRC, I take it back. Dont bother. The receptionist lacks knowledge. Clearly “Brenda” is the manager, the administrator, the head honcho and knows nothing about the procedure- and cant refer you to anyone that does! Howdoes this happen? Legitimate questions, unanswered.

They’re just trying to help people get along by communicating clearly.
