It’s a difficult decision and process to go bankrupt. But Mona and Wil helped me through it and it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as my anxiety told me it was going to be. I waited almost a year after opening my case with them to get things going. As soon as I started working with them (talking with them), I couldn’t believe how easy and smooth it went. From information collection to court, it took maybe two months tops? And that’s with schedule constraints on my end. Also, I was convinced I would have to file Chapter 13 but Wil had showed me that I was actually eligible for Chapter 7. If you have questions, just ask!!.. and don’t wait!!
