Daniel Weinstein, an associate of Donahoe Law, asked me if the opposing party was “good looking”. Mr. Weinstein then invited the plaintiff to accept his “friend request” on Facebook. After the “female” accepted Mr. Weinstein’s friend request he sent me pictures of her to verify he “friended” the right woman. This occurred within 24hrs of my paying his retainer. Mr. Weinstein waved a portion of his fee for a review on Google. I think Mr. Weinstein should refrain from thinking with the little head and is a disgrace to all attorneys. He has threatened legal action against me if I do not remove this review. An empty threat as he is well aware of the texts and emails he sent me verifying everything in this review. I keep asking myself if this is grounds for disbarment or a judicial review of his actions. Find better representation.
