I tried over several emails to tell Ruth Post, the atty for my father’s estate that I had proof of a wrongful death lawsuit and she refused to speak to me without an attorney because I was not executor. Because I wasn’t going to pay an attorney to speak to an attorney about the evidence I had for a wrongful death lawsuit that could’ve brought big money to the estate, it all went to the wayside, yet she’s managed to tally up some hours refusing to speak to me thus holding things up She completely mis handled my families money by not being willing to discuss this although I sent several emails asking to be heard. This is not the person to trust with your families trust
