Absolutely DO NOT work with Jennifer Reyes!! She never returns messages, emails or voicemails! I spent over 2 months trying to get her to call me or set up an appointment. I have even asked that if she can’t represent me to at least give me direction or refer me to another attorney. I asked for her help through modest means at a discounted rate because I’m a single Mom. Neither one would return my calls and with modest means you can’t talk to anyone or leave a voicemail. All 6 messages and voicemails were completely ignored!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessDON’T WORK WITH THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!Hired Jennifer to represent me. She wouldn’t respond to my email’s or take my phone calls. Every time I would call her office she was never in. The week before the hearing she finally started emailing me. She was asking questions that she should have taken care of before the hearing. She asked for a continuance the day of the hearing. I had to find out from my ex husband’s lawyer that Jennifer had not replied to anything for my case. Hired new representation. Because of Jennifer not doing her job and getting a continuance I am now having to pay my ex’s lawyer fees. $4000 I don’t have…..Her excuse was she didn’t have enough staff in her office and the few that were there weren’t doing their job. My mom also paid Jennifer to do a Will, she sent the Will for my mom to look over. I emailed Jennifer to setup a time for my mom to sign the papers and again Jennifer is saying she doesn’t have enough staff for her to be able to sign the paper work. Horrible way to run a business. SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS LAW FIRM. SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED THE WAY SHE IS TREATING PEOPLE. IF THEY DON’T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF THEY SHOULDN’T TAKE CASES THAT THEY CAN’T HELP ON.DON’T WORK WITH THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!Hired Jennifer to represent me.
