Major scam. Stay away from this horrible law firm. They have some sort of absurd policy in which you cannot send external links to files. That would be understandable if they could click on google drive links but how the heck else was I supposed to send video footage and other files that are too large for email? The attorney was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Terrible business people who don’t deserve to be in business if this is how they treat people who need help. Nothing was solved other than she made my day much worse now that I have to cancel LegalShield and start over finding an attorney. The kicker? Took days to hear they aren’t going to help me. Here’s a 1 star review to forever remain.

Absolute JOKE! I used Dubail Judge through Legal Shield and my case was not taken serious. I personally was the one doing all of the follow up on my case. The attorney was unprofessional and did not start researching the case until I prompted them two days before my hearing. I was then told at 2pm the day before my hearing that I would have to take care of the case and they could not do much for me.

They are helpful. I use them for everything. The car repair shop did not fix my car right after putting in a transmission. The attorney sent a letter to them. My car runs like a new car. No money out of my pocket. I highly recommend them for your legal needs.

I have owned a membership with Pre-Paid Legal now LegalShield for over 20 years now. Dubail Judge is the Law Firm that services the memberships (Personsl, Small Business, Self-Employed etc…) for the state of Missouri. The membership is simular to a Costco/Sams Club membership- You pay a small monthly fee $30 or less for the Personal Plan and you hv nationwide, 24/7 Emergency access! This access has paid us 20x over in contracts being reviewed for us- saving us thousands of dollars, helped us through legal matters when a drunk driver hit us going about 60mph, we were parked still, moving violations in and out of state, preparing our will, living will and health care directive, writing letters on our behalf…savings of well over $150k not to mention the Peace of Mind! This is why we became Marketing Associates years ago when we learned it was a “Word of Mouth” company, we could get paid for referrals and the company is now over 43 years strong! They do nothing more than send a demand letter for you then refer you to an outside attorney. An attorney that you have to pay in addition to the money you’ve wasted with Dubail. Most times their attorneys are impatient and rude as heck. And even though you’ve earned hours to be represented as a defendant in a civil case, they won’t unless they feel it’s a winner. We should be able to use our earned hours anyway we want. An attorney that you have to pay in addition to the money you’ve wasted with Dubail. Most times their attorneys are impatient and rude as heck. I was unsure of what to expect from Dubail Judge. After missing some phone calls by multiple attorneys, I finally got ahold to a lawyer, Linda Brown Reed. Linda helped me with a landlord who was trying to get rent from me for a property that was uninhabitable. I didn’t think I stood a chance against the landlord. However, when Linda called, she was helpful and more than willing to assist me in handling the problem. She told me the exact steps she would take and what I could expect in landlord/tenant issues. After talking to Linda I knew I had an exceptional attorney helping me. She sent a letter to the landlord and handle the situation. It was resolved a month later and I got my security deposit back. I was so shocked but pleasantly surprised. I have nothing but the highest praise for Linda Brown Reed! Thank you so much Mrs. Reed! I truly appreciate your service in resolving this issue!

Here’s how this works. Debail and judge Law Firm is part of Legal Shield. When you need to reach them their protocol is they will take your name and number and call you back. You cannot hold for an attorneys assistant. They ask you what is a convenient time for them to return your call. Attorneys are there till 6 p.m. . I would suggest that you use reverse psychology when needing their services. Tell them the times that you do not wish for them to call you back because I am quite certain they will call you during those times. This is happened to me four times. I hope I’m never sued makes me wonder if they’ll show up on court dates at the right time.
