Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI spoke with them in December 2020 and was told they could take my case. I sent the retainer to them early in January and nothing was done with my case in 4 months. I was told they could return my retainer which I agreed to, but they didn’t send it out. After 3 weeks of repeated calls asking for my money back, I finally got it.
