Everything was rushed and I was treated with no respect nor was my case valued. I was already hurt and traumatized from my accident, I hired the firm of Paul Steele and Zack Bias to handle the case and I ended up dealing with the hassle of the case alone. I thought they were there to help! Bias told me there wasn’t anything to do, meanwhile I’m dealing with the at fault insurance directly. These attorneys couldn’t provide any assistance, information about the case and their secretary was rude when calling the office. They did nothing to help!! I spoke with Paul Steele about my experience and he didn’t care nor did he apologize for how I was treated. This office does not value their clients! In my dealings with law firms usually its the paralegal who keeps you informed or a secretary. Mr. Steele picked up his game and has been in contact with me frequently and has delingently been working to close my claim.
