While I can’t give details of the investigation, I can share the farce that Dennis McLaughlin is.When I first spoke to Dennis he seemed like the perfect PI. He understood my case and exactly what I needed. He gave me confidence and I gave him a retainer. He knew every detail including when our court date was. Over 10 weeks they got the info I needed repeatedly to prove my case.One week before the court date, Dennis was nowhere to be found. I needed a report to submit for review before court for my attorney to be prepared. The night before, one of his workers was put in touch with me and wrote a report. It didn’t even mention names and was not admissible to court. Since we got it the morning of court there was nothing we could do, we had nothing.Dennis finally got back to me and frankly, he went off on me. He told me I needed to give him another retainer and that was I wanted was never going to be proven in court. It was a whole different tune than when he started. I was calm the entire conversation he told me women are just too emotionally involved when it comes to their kids- and hung up on me! Now my daughter continues to reside in an auto shop living in an attic with no windows when she is with her dad for visitation. Do not hire this company. Over promise and under deliver is an understatement.
