Do not use this service. They incorrectly filed my 2017 tax return and I am just now being notified of a $600 interest charge on unpaid taxes that they are refusing to cover, which is against their policy. This company does not take responsibility for their mistakes. I will never use them again.

My husband and I have been using Eco-Tax since 2014. Initially we started using them because we were paying for someone to file his business tax return anyway and Eco-Tax gave us a better offer on a sales call. I was reluctant to say yes on the call but I was also starting my own business and it was a good deal so I figured we might as well give them a try. We initially hired them to do our personal and business returns. Over the years, we have been pleasantly surprised with their services and started using their payroll services as well. During COVID-19, they have and continue to send out newsletters that are incredibly well written and informative about what tax benefits we may be eligible for as well as how and when to apply. They have assisted us tremendously with getting financial help during this difficult time and have gone WAYYY above the call of duty. I have highly recommended them to my family and friends, who have also been very happy with their services. We are so glad to have them on our side. The staff treats us more like good friends and do their best to provide the best financial and tax support possible. We won’t go anywhere else.

I can highly recommend Eco-tax as a private or small business owner. Every year, I am late, or my filing-papers are completely all over the place. Your personal contact person at Eco-system is amazing at returning calls, quickly go through your uploaded files (they request what you need to get) a cloud portal where you can keep everything in one place. Then they will finish it, file it, and handle any IRS deep dive in any form for you (if you get any). I can only highly recommend Eco-tax as a tax representative. I decided I would try it for a year, learn how to do things on my own, and likely cancel after that. I can say without question that the services provided are well worth it, and I have no intention of cancelling.
