We had a 1:30 scheduled appointment that was made a week prior kept my daughter out of school to make the appointment only to find out that a death in the family of the adviser had happened we completely understand however the office gal that was helping my daughter while I was on my way there was discourteous and rude to my daughter we have no experiences with this establishment as far as they’re investing ability but I do know there front office customer service is not the best and have decided not to let these people handle my daughter or any of my children’s money for investing. I did try to contact them after my daughter advised me of this and left a message and they did respond while I was writing this review the gal did say she contacted my daughter and apologized if she felt she was rude and said we’re free to move our account elsewhere to another office if need be again this is the first time we’ve ever had any dealings with this office.
