I hired Barry Efron to handle my divorce and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Terra, his paralegal, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire fourteen month long ordeal. With very little cooperation from my ex and opposing counsel Barry appeared in court four times and ultimately completed the divorce protecting my daughter and I from their unwarranted demands. If you are at the unfortunate place in your life where you are facing divorce I highly recommend Barry as an excellent attorney for the job.

While working with Berry and his office everyone was very nice however I had to do ALOT of leg work to get us to court and finding information for them and once we were finished they were supposed to help with filing the final paperwork to do my sons step-parent adoption and submitting the name change. I had to put in calls to his office to get the run around and have had to know try and figure out myself how to get my sons name changed, they did not know what to do as I was told I had to have my sons birth certificate transferred to Texas which have now found out 3 years later that, that is not the case. I just have to figure out how to fill out these form myself and hope that I do it correctly. Berry followed up with me about 6 months ago to see if his staff had completed the proper documentation let him know that it was never resolved and he said he would look into it and get back to me, which he never did and now will not return my calls! This was an exciting time for my family that has turned into a long drawn out stress to try and figure out on my own! He asked for a review 3 years ago was waiting for him to finish the work that was promised and never delivered, So unfortunately here we are with a 1 start review for broken promises and no follow through! Very disappointing.

He and his team were so patient with me and made sure I was well informed and comfortable with the whole process. Barry is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was always available when my grandparents and I had questions. He was always available to meet with us and very personable. He wasn’t just about the business; he took the time to listen and get to know us. When my grandpa passed recently, he handled the probate quickly, accurately, and sent me all documents as promised and in a timely manner. I expected it to take months to go through probate and it took only about a month to complete. It was a seamless process.
