I used Dana for a very high conflict modification of parenting time. She was extremely organized and thorough. She was always on time and always answered any questions I had (and I had a lot) in a very timely fashion, and never made me feel silly or like I was a bother. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is looking for representation for themselves. She helped me to insure my children are safe and taken care of and I couldn’t be more thankful for everything she did for me. If I could give her more stars, I would!

In my opinion: Kelly Flessner was named the Guardian at litem in my case. I was absolutely appalled at her lack of regard for the facts presented to her but rather focused on issues (medical) outside of her expertise. She refused to submit an update to the official report issued to the court after she realized her research was not as thorough as it should have been. As a result, my daughter’s needs were not adequately represented and will be attending a lesser school with lesser opportunities than the other option that Kelly overlooked. Maybe she should switch professions to medical since she seems to act as an expert in that field than to do her job as an attorney (and submit updated reports to court where they are needed).

In a nutshell, this lawfirm lacks basic morals, values, and ethics. They will represent you without a second thought regarding the potential damage it will do once they as lawyers step out. I know of two cases in the last few years (One very recent) where a female attorney showed her lack of basic human dignity. The most recent case she represented she did not take a second to consider the turmoil this would put the family through that she was attempting to take a child from, the damage this would do to the baby long term, the confusion it would cause the siblings, all under the age of ten, and found a small loophole in a document created to protect the family from said proceedings ever occurring to do just that. Her client blatantly gave her false information, and even when presented with accurate and true documents, some of which show her client would be a danger to this child, she proceeded without blinking an eye. But in the end, he is paying her, that is all that matters to this law firm. As an attorney she showed she and this law firm will represent anyone as long as they are signing checks. I mean this same attorney also accepted checks from a client she was defending as he wrote them on the victim’s checks. The victim in of the perpetrator she was defending! As a mother, she should be ashamed of herself. As a human being she is disgraceful. If you want an attorney who will lie, cheat, and steal to get you out of things this is the place to go. If you want basic human dignity shown, you are better off somewhere else, you will not find it here.
