Attorney Tom Elias was extremely helpful in guiding me through a difficult time in my life. If I could use one word to describe Tom it would be integrity. Through the whole process Tom gave me his insight and was often the voice of reason. More than once Tom suggested I do specific paperwork or research in order to keep costs down. I found this to go against the common stereotype of attorneys that just want to drive up their clients bills. I would also mention that Tom’s legal assistant Jo Ann was always very helpful and professional. I contacted a number of law firms in the York area when filing for my divorce. I was very disappointed in the office. I contacted them and ask for a review of my case. I was told that the attorney would make sure that he didn’t have any conflicts of interest and would return my call. After 3 days with no return call or email I called and left a couple of messages over the next week finally to receive an emailed stating he couldn’t take my case. No reason was given and wasted over a week and a half of my time. Very Disappointing after the other reviews were so positive.
