Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI had her when I had an issue with a job. I had been there for 4 months. I got very sick because the company has the window open on me in coldest day in the winter. I was forced to sign a report saying if I missed one more day I was fired. I missed one more day because of major storm. Then the company refused to allow me unemployment. I went to employment with her. She fought for me and I got my unemployment. she was great. Really nice woman. Explained everything very well. This was many years ago. But with no doubt I would use her again. It depends on what the issue is as far as she can help. It is the same with most lawyers. It doesnt make them bad. She was never rude to me and treated me with great respect.I had her when I had an issue with a job. I had been there for 4 months. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessHi, I’m a Christian who was ill and diagnosed with Covid-19 for two days and promptly recovered, but unfortunately lost my job in the process. I called Elizabeth to help me fight an unemployment case because my friend recommended me to her. She told me she no longer pursues these cases, and we had a reasonable discussion about the hardship of these cases. I mentioned to her I was sick from Covid and lost my job due to the overhype and propaganda behind the Covid disease which I fully recovered from, mentioning that the reported deaths have been immensely overhyped, and that the CDC now admits that only 5% reports of deaths from Covid have actually been covid-related.You can find this info at CDC.gov.Seemingly offended, she then asked if I had taken the mRNA “vaccine” shot. I told her my concern, in regards to the reported female reproductive issues and deaths from the mRNA shots, and mentioned briefly that I did not take the shot because they are killing people, and are part of the problem. She then hung up on me. I believe she is experiencing a deep depression and Stockholm syndrome, and should seek immediate medical and spiritual support. God bless you Elizabeth. You may despise me, but I pray for you, and hope you wake up and repent from the Judgement to come. Jesus is coming very soon! Elizabeth is ALWAYS willing to help out, and she has been there for me during the past four years of my own custody case. I have never had any issue getting ahold of her by phone or email (especially during important critical times). She will work very hard for you because she believes in doing right in court. And she really knows the law because she truly loves her discipline. Elizabeth should be your first call if you have a custody or wage claim issue.

This attorney, has helped me through more than I care to admit, though she has never represented me, personally. She has helped me deal with two separate custody battles, and given me the advice I needed, even without asking for a retainer or any kind of payment. If you expect an attorney to treat you with rainbows and butterflies, you’ve come to the wrong place. She tells it like it is, wether you want to hear it or not. Also, I’ve seen her in action. This woman is fierce, and will fight tooth and nail for you and your case. To those saying “Rude over the phone”, I think you should realize what you’re asking of someone. This is her job, which she should be getting paid to do, whenever she does it. Your definition of rude, is my definition of generous. at least she took the time to speak to you. To all potential clients, I would strongly advise you to seek help from her, but put your big kid pants on. There will be no tiptoeing through the tulips. But she will certainly be by your side with all of her best intentions throughout the entire case.

This woman is a saint. She’s passionate, bold, and truthful. She can and will do what is right for anyone in any circumstance. She does not take kindly to people who don’t want to hear the FREE ADVICE over the phone. If you’re looking for a therapist to vent she’ll give you a heads up that she’s a lawyer and an exceptional one at that. She’s been in this practice far longer than most of the people I’ve seen and has helped thousands. I am not the only one who appreciates her for all the things she has done for many people.

Just had a not so good or helpful at all conversation with this attorney….attorneys are suppose to take on a case if they can and help out the best way they can and if it’s a win, then they can collect what they need….very rude, not helpful, and very very blunt and brief..I would stand clear and far away from this attorney office
