Mrs. Tate is honest and upfront. IF YOU’RE NOT READY FOR THE TRUTH, SHES NOT YOUR LAWER. She listened, gave me feedback as I spoke, which resulted in us getting off track and bouncing around the issues. Despite of the bouncing around different subjects we eventually got back on track. Going into the office I was confused and concerned about how I was being treated in my place of business. Mrs. Tate took the time to explain different levels of discriminations in the work place and how companies are getting away with it according to the law.

Call someone else. Immediately asked if I had a 5k retainer, which isn’t an issue. Didn’t even take the time to hear everything I had to say, nor did she see any of the evidence I have and decided the case “wasn’t worth her time”. Luckily the next lawyer I called knew I had a good solid case and picked it up with confidence. I’m sure she’s a nice woman she’s just clearly comfortable in her area of expertise and doesn’t really care what you have to say

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueElizabeth was amazing!! Professional and I was satisfied with her services. Elizabeth Tate has been amazing to work with. From the moment when I first contacted her firm, she was prompt to follow up the same day and we met in her office the next day on a Saturday morning consultation. She was very thorough and made me feel that I was her utmost concern. From start to finish it has been a great experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone else to make her your first call.

Mrs Tate well known ,excellent reputation , alot of experience and most definitely out of our price range !! Talent hardw experience that is what all the money pays for I thought my husband was going to be a victim all over again and the two Elmirage police officers that made him a victim already even causing broken bones and permit damage were going to go without punishment until Elizabeth Tate gave us hope again when she didn’t ask for no money up front and agreed to except monthly payments !!! My husband now has a chance to have real justice thanks to Elizabeth Tate

I came to Elizabeth during the week of Christmas and thought no one would take my discrimination case. Elizabeth talked to me for almost 30 minutes on the phone, which is unheard of. No secretary screening calls. No calls back or 3 minutes of time before the “Come spend $350.” She took the time to make sure it was worth me coming in… worth both of our time and money. She said she wasn’t cheap but she was honest and worth what she charged. There are cheaper and there are more expensive lawyers, but Elizabeth is the smartest I have ever met and she makes herself affordable because many of her clients can’t afford it. She is great at what she does and if she takes a case, she is willing to actually fight. She said she had an hour on Saturday. She charged me for an hour, then she spent four hours with me. She has been my attorney for the last five months and takes phone calls at 8 PM some nights. She is prompt about communicating. She is an amazing writer and is one of the best advocates for her clients I have ever met. She stands up for her clients and she defends us. Elizabeth is a powerful voice against a world of really crappy, racist, bigoted, evil, prejudiced people. She sticks up for the little guy and she knows how to fight and scrap. The opposition has thus far thrown going on 10 different attorneys at our case and counting. Tate is fearless and punches above her weight class… kicks above her weight class (her nephew is a professional kickboxer.) If you want lessons in how to kick ass and take names, I think Tate has that down. If you want an attorney who is a chessmaster and can outthink the competition, Tate will beat you at that too. She is full of surprises.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Elizabeth D. Tate. She appears to be one of those Pro Bono/Contingency Lawyers who doesn’t read the client’s EEOC complaint before contacting the client, advises an “out-of-the-box” strategy that could result the client losing their disability benefits by forcing them back to work (Ticket To Work Program) when client is almost 60 yrs old and too old for the program, in order to prove their prior damages received from client’s prior employer. When asked about all the damages client may qualify for, Ms. Tate turns tail and runs. Ms. Tate receives an “F” in Communication skills with people with Disabilities, especially Mental Health. I wouldn’t hire Ms. Tate to walk my Emotional Support Animal because the Federal Court Judge in Phoenix is probably going to dismiss my case in 3 days because I’m too disabled to do it myself. I feel like dying because of Ms. Tate. If I was rich and had the $7500.00 she needed for a retainer fee, I bet she would have not thrown me away like a piece of trash.
