It wasn’t that you were unable to answer my questions, it was the manner in which you spoke to me. Instead of being helpful and civil, your demeanor was unprofessional and rude. Politeness and civility are still important. I choose not to be spoken to, in the way you spoke to me. It is not acceptable to be rude in my opinion. I would not ever choose to do business with someone who chooses her words as you do.
