Reviews

Jacob Dobson
I interviewed with this firm and it was an extremely unpleasant, unprofessional experience. For one, they ask you to come in for an ‘informational interview’ to ‘get to know you’ and under the guise of the informational interview, interrogate and insult you using personal information they just found out about you. It’s something that is done on purpose to get you to disclose information about your job search that you may not disclose if you knew you were being formally interviewed. It’s a highly unethical thing to do. The partners seem like workaholics and I got the impression this was a sweatshop based on the vibe of the place. Employees looked miserable and scared. Interviewer was condescending and rude. I would not interview at this place for anything again and I also would not use them if I ever had a legal need, even if they quoted me the lowest price.

John Ostrander represented me years ago. The hard work he and his firm put in changed things for all women employed at my place of work. A simple Google search made me realize he was the way to go.
