Bad experience with this firm, at the beginning they make you believe they care for your case and your family, then after they have hooked you up they will spam you with bills and will try to find a resolution that’s easier for them but not best for your family. We went to a hearing over the phone and my attorney didn’t even ask for the right to speak or present my case, Kelly lacked of experience and was very underprepared. I paid almost 10k and didn’t even go to trial just for them to give up my case because they didn’t want to fight for my case. Mario is arrogant and will get offended if you tell them you don’t care about money and want them to fight. Even then, They only like easy money, they won’t fight at all. Find a better attorney!

Selecting a law firm/attorney can be a daunting task when surmounted with fear of the unknown of how laws and the court system works. Mr. Elliot and Mr. Dockery provided detailed information on what to expect from being represented, including fees and court costs which meant no surprises. I am grateful for having had Elliot, Riquelme and Wilson recommended to me by a friend who had been represented by their firm. I had an unfortunate, challenging experience with representation years ago at another firm, so I was not a fan of attorneys. However, I witnessed integrity and honest, transparent communication from the attorneys that represented me. I hope never to need representation again in my lifetime, but if I do, I would choose the law firm of Elliot, Riquelme & WIlson.

The time and careful consideration of the points of law that he brought to court were spot on! His command presence of procedure and top drawer litigation skills left his colleague sadly wanting. Combined with his expert command of the law and equally the command of the English language to execute that instrument, if you don’t retain this litigator for your future legal requirements your outcome without question most likely will suffer. Todd never made a promise but his confidence related to my case never wavered. People are motivated by price in most aspects of our daily lives. To this I say you get what you pay for.
