i called just wanting to ask ??’s the representitave kept interupting me she took the wrong info down, i never recived a call back they sent me a letter saying there case load was full and coulnt take my case, why is it so hard to call someone and the rep, needs to learn to let people talk, my first experieance was the worst, i didnt need anyone to take a case but whatever.
