I was contacting the Ely Group over a time sensitive matter and I called them at lunchtime and the receptionist told me to call back at five because the lawyer was busy. I called back at five then five fifteen then five thirty and got the answer machine every time! So don’t use them for anything important because they don’t care about your business. Go somewhere else this law firm is a joke !!!!
