Truly blessed to have Eric Berg represent me and do what other attorneys said was impossible. He was able to get my child support obligation and spousal support order completely terminated because after 5 years i found out that i was not the biological father. This saved me over $350k in child and spousal support that I otherwise would have to pay. My first attorney from Sacramento said it was impossible but Eric Berg and his associates including his office manager Sam Deol who referred me to Eric Berg prove otherwise.

The worst experience and most importantly the most shaky firm I have ever hired I regret every moment of it it’s been 7 years and still no resolution or info on my case in over 4 years with a bill sent like every 6 months that keeps climbing with zero breakdown as to how the bill equals the amount due or explanation Eric himself told me 4 years ago he no longer wanted money from me as it has already taken way longer then needed and was supposed to be a simple expungment. The new law firm manager sam of coarse said he was the one to handle the amount due and asked if I had proof in wrighting from eric and would not let me have a meeting with eric to resolve the issue. I have had numerous issues with this firm since the two brothers split ways for example a lady that was new there calls me while I’m at work advising me I have several tickets and DUI’s I needed to resolve with the dmv which was not true and put me in a bad mood while at work I complained to the manager at the time and the new lady I was appointed was let go and never to be heard from again leaving me confused with there ability to even handle any case. I would highly advise you to not waist your time with these children.
